After receiving three glowing endorsements from my neighbors, I sent Dryer Vent Wizard an inquiry. Dir. of Operations Jonathan quickly emailed with answers to my questions and provided a fair price quote. I liked what he had to say, so I scheduled an appointment through their online portal. Then, Jonathan followed up with a phone call to ensure the technician was armed with the data he needed to make the best use of our time (he wanted to know what parts to bring for my dryer and needed specs-- I appreciated this level of planning as it reduced the number of visits they needed to make to my home). Once the appointment was scheduled, their automated system sent reminder emails/texts about the upcoming appointment. You also receive texts when your technician is on the way and has arrived, which I know my single female friends appreciated because it gave them a sense of safety. I appreciated it because it helped me coordinate this appointment around my work Zoom calls. Nathan arrived on time and was very personable. He is a passionate expert on all things dryers and venting, and he diagnosed and solved my problem quickly. Payment was handled swiftly during the appointment, and receipts/invoices arrived instantly electronically. All of this... from email inquiry to completed job... took place in a span of 24 hours. I should also note you can engage with this team as much or as little as you want... if you don't want to chat with anyone, you can enter all your information to their online portal when you schedule the appointment and they will magically show up during your timeslot.
