We moved from out of town and used a referral from a family member and SO THANKFUL and ABSOLUTELY Satisfied! Our 20yrs old home had a blockage in our dryer vent while we await delivery of our new laundry appliances. Nate our technician was very professional and thorough! They certainly have the proper equipment (we attempted ourselves with a device to attach to a drill to clear it from Amazon) - warp speed motor device compared to our drill. Also installed a new outdoor vent and we declined on the dryer hose vent because ours comes with the installation and warranty of our laundry appliances. Nate gave us a magnet to remind us 2yrs from now to do routine maintenance (don’t want a fire, plus prolong the energy efficiency on our new dryer) as well as sign us up for our next maintenance dryer vent cleaning!
